GETTING STARTED

A: Yes, you will need to set up an account with us to complete your purchase.

A: Click on SIGN UP on the right hand side bar. Fill in the required fields and proceed to click on 'Sign Up'. You are now ready to shop with us!

A: If you face multiple login errors, there may be a problem with your password/login ID. You may want to try resetting your password by selecting the 'Forget Password' option. In addition, CP reserves the right to revoke access to suspected fraudulent accounts.

ORDERS

A: You will receive a confirmation order via email after your payment.

A: Please immediately email us within 12 hours from time of your purchase. A cancellation fee of $20 may be charge if order has been processed.

A: Our delivery team will try their best to reach you before the delivery via SMS or a phone call. However, if no one is home to receive the order, a re-delivery fee of $15 will be charged for frozen products.

A: We emphasis on delivering quality products to our customer, thus we prefer not to leave temperature sensitive items at room temperature for long.

A: Please immediately email us within 1 working day upon receiving your order. We will require you to take a photo of the product with the time taken.

DELIVERY
WE USE COLD TRUCKS FOR DELIVERY TO ENSURE THE QUALITY OF THE FROZEN FOOD

A: We deliver to all addresses within main island of Singapore. However, there is a surcharge of $20 applicable for deliveries to Sentosa, Any Port of Singapore Authority (PSA), Jurong Island Port, Changi Airport Transit Lounges, Changi Airfreight, Airport Logistics Park of Singapore, Free Trade Zone (FTZ) compound, MINDEF COMCEN, Neo Tiew Area and all embassies / high commissions.

A: You can choose between 9AM-12PM or 2PM-6PM on Mon- Fri, 9AM-12PM on Sat.

A: Purchase amount are based on before discounts and coupons.
Below $48.99 = $13.90
$49.00 to $88.99 = $6.90
$89.00 and above = Free

Delivery within the main island of Singapore only. DELIVERY (PETS) DELIVERY FOR PETS' PRODUCTS ARE SEPARATE FROM FROZEN PRODUCTS. THEREFORE DELIVERY FEES ARE CHARGED SEPARATELY.

A: We deliver to all addresses within main island of Singapore. However, there is a surcharge of $20 (excluding at rate of $10) applicable for deliveries to Sentosa, Any Port of Singapore Authority (PSA), Jurong Island Port, Changi Airport Transit Lounges, Changi Airfreight, Airport Logistics Park of Singapore, Free Trade Zone (FTZ) compound, MINDEF COMCEN, Neo Tiew Area and all embassies / high commissions.

A: Delivery only available for weekdays. There are two time slots available for selection:10am-2pm and 2pm-6pm. Any return trip to same address due to failure of delivery will be subjected to additional charge of $10 collected by the courier. Delivery lead time is within 3 working days upon order received.

A: With minimum of $280 spent (before discounts and coupons), you will be entitled for free delivery within the main island of Singapore only. If not, there will be a delivery fee at rate of $25. A surcharge of $10 (excluding at rate of $25) is applicable for deliveries to Sentosa, Any Port of Singapore Authority (PSA), Jurong Island Port, Changi Airport Transit Lounges, Changi Airfreight, Airport Logistics Park of Singapore, Free Trade Zone (FTZ) compound, MINDEF COMCEN, Neo Tiew Area and all embassies / high commissions.

PRODUCT EXPIRY

A: The expiry dates of the products are generally from 6 months - 15 months depending on promotion. Better promotion offers may have even shorter shelf-life which is listed in the product page..

LOYALTY PROGRAM

A: With each 100 credit, you can waive off SGD1.00 and up to 30% of the net amount.

A: Please login to your account before making a purchase. With every dollar spent, you will gain 1 CP Credit. To check the balance, please log into your account and click on under 'My Rewards' tab on the left. If you are using a Guest Account, you will not be able to earn and redeem credits.

A: In your shopping cart before checking out, ensure you choose the amount of credits (in 100s) for redemption and click apply in the given box.

A: Yes, your credits are valid for 6 months only.

PAYMENTS

A: In the event you are unable to checkout, please email us. In addition, CP reserves the right to revoke access to suspected fraudulent accounts.
